Delphi recently completed work with First Capital Realty (FCR) to develop a GHG inventory report and enable FCR’s senior management to understand its emission profile and the associated risks and opportunities. With Delphi’s advice, FCR now has a thorough understanding of this area and has identified opportunities to provide enhanced services and deliver incremental value to FCR’s tenant companies. This will provide value to FCR in terms of improved tenant relationships and engagement with FCR and tenant company staff and the local community. In addition, direct dollar-value benefits may also be realised from improved vacancy and rental rates, building value enhancements and energy efficiency initiatives.
